Code of Conduct: Bear Metal Summer Camps are held in the Tahoma High School Commons and Robotics Shop using equipment and machines owned by Bear Metal Robotics team. Our ability to hold summer camps is dependent on the camp's ability to treat the school space and property with respect and care. Campers are expected to follow the instructions of camp counselors, stay within designated spaces and refrain from damaging or mistreating the school property. Any camper who is overly disruptive or disregards counselors' directions may be asked to leave camp and not return for the duration of the camp without a refund. 

Additionally, middle school camps may be using equipment such a robot sets, digital cameras, laser cutters or 3D printers which can be damaged if instructions are not followed. If a camper is blatantly negligent in their handling of equipment and breaks something, they may be asked to contribute to the cost of replacing the item.

Acknowledgment of Transfer or Cancellation Policy:

All transfers or refunds requests must be made via email to bmbcalexis@gmail.com

For transfers:
More than 2 weeks before camp starts: Registration may be transferred to another camp at no cost, assuming space is available in another camp. 
4 - 14 days before of the start of the original camp start date, registration may be transferred with a $30 fee.
0 - 3 days before the start of camp, registration transfer is not available.

For refunds requested in writing via email to bmbcalexis@gmail.com:
More than 2 weeks before camp starts: Refunds will be granted minus $20 service charge (to cover fees we incur from credit card processing service).
8 - 14 days before camp: 50% refund 
4 - 7 days before camp: 25% refund
0 - 3 days before camp: no refund
